Keeper—Recover Abandoned Carts

I have installed this app it appears to be working really well. We will have to wait to see the results. I think this is a great app and if I save even one sale I will be happy. This app is free doesn't get any better than that.

I think there is a problem with this app if customers check out with the abandoned cart email. Their bought products keep popping up in cart. Tried to email you trough the link in the app, but it wouldn't open. Could you please check back with me?

Unfortunately this app doesn't work on our store, and can't get a response from the developer. *shrug*

This app has not been working and when I've reached out to let them know that it wasn't working and I needed help, I got no response.

Not working for me. I added items from my iphone and they do not show up on my mac.... Customer support not responding.
