It's been a great App so far, few wrinkles with backing out of screens without starting all over, but Diana in Customer Support is diligently assisting with that. The service response has been VERY PROMPT and IMPRESSIVE, great to experience that ! The service I have received shows a genuine commitment to problem solving and a desire to properly address issues. No serious problems here, just a small wrinkle like any App , other than that, the App itself is very well thought out, providing all the necessary Analytics one could benefit from. Very Intuitive and detailed Analytics. Very Grateful for the service, and plan on keeping this App in both of my Shopify stores. Thanks, Diana , great service !

I can wholeheartedly recommend this app! In addition 2 points: 1. I have already tested several apps in this area, including the best-known app (Hot...) and was not really satisfied with any of them. Just because there are a lot of reviews behind it doesn't mean that everything works perfectly. With most apps, the video recordings were rather pointless and confusing. So it didn't help me any further. With Replay Pro, I receive feedback via video recordings, which actually helps me to analyze my customers' behavior more precisely. There are also functions such as blocking users, returning or new visitors, broken link, added to shopping cart and many more. 2. the support is very courteous and very helpful in all areas! Help is also provided via email, so that you are not forced to sit in front of the chat window in the Shopify backend. Here you feel that you are in good hands and that you are being taken care of. That's how it should be, because the support often left a lot to be desired with the other apps we tested before. It´s a very good and helpful app!
