Excellent support experience! I reported a bug, and it was resolved very fast. On top of that, they surprised me with a generous bonus for my patience. The app perfectly provides visitor behavior and store analytics. Highly recommend this app.

It's been a great App so far, few wrinkles with backing out of screens without starting all over, but Diana in Customer Support is diligently assisting with that. The service response has been VERY PROMPT and IMPRESSIVE, great to experience that ! The service I have received shows a genuine commitment to problem solving and a desire to properly address issues. No serious problems here, just a small wrinkle like any App , other than that, the App itself is very well thought out, providing all the necessary Analytics one could benefit from. Very Intuitive and detailed Analytics. Very Grateful for the service, and plan on keeping this App in both of my Shopify stores. Thanks, Diana , great service !
