A really nice app, you can see what your customers are doing in the store and you can fix any errors if you have any! I had asked to add a button for the replay directly from the visitors page and they did it in a couple of days at my request!Believe me, it's a fantastic app, it helps you a lot! In my opinion, there's nothing better and you really have everything you need!
The best session replay app I have tried This app is an amazing value for the money. It is reliable, easy to use, and very rich in functionality. The session replays are clear, easy to view, and the quality is excellent. I found it much better than Lucky Orange for our needs, and it is dramatically more affordable. They may be the new kid on the block, but the app already feels polished and very useful. Highly recommended.
Had to delete my previous rating as the Issue was resolved almost immediately. I have used this app and i can say it is amazing and one of the best replay app on here. Recommend 100 times.

It's been a great App so far, few wrinkles with backing out of screens without starting all over, but Diana in Customer Support is diligently assisting with that. The service response has been VERY PROMPT and IMPRESSIVE, great to experience that ! The service I have received shows a genuine commitment to problem solving and a desire to properly address issues. No serious problems here, just a small wrinkle like any App , other than that, the App itself is very well thought out, providing all the necessary Analytics one could benefit from. Very Intuitive and detailed Analytics. Very Grateful for the service, and plan on keeping this App in both of my Shopify stores. Thanks, Diana , great service !

I can wholeheartedly recommend this app! In addition 2 points: 1. I have already tested several apps in this area, including the best-known app (Hot...) and was not really satisfied with any of them. Just because there are a lot of reviews behind it doesn't mean that everything works perfectly. With most apps, the video recordings were rather pointless and confusing. So it didn't help me any further. With Replay Pro, I receive feedback via video recordings, which actually helps me to analyze my customers' behavior more precisely. There are also functions such as blocking users, returning or new visitors, broken link, added to shopping cart and many more. 2. the support is very courteous and very helpful in all areas! Help is also provided via email, so that you are not forced to sit in front of the chat window in the Shopify backend. Here you feel that you are in good hands and that you are being taken care of. That's how it should be, because the support often left a lot to be desired with the other apps we tested before. It´s a very good and helpful app!

Works amazing for finding errors on our website which helps us improve website use and to make it easier for our customer to navigate our website without any issues. Love this app!
Not sure why another review says that "I can see in real time what my customers are doing on the store..." This information not visible in real-time in the USA where you can only view recorded sessions. Also, the replay interface is buried and not intuitive, you have to search for it and I found it after searching in their chatbot. For the basic $4.95 plan, they cheesily disabled the session count reset button so as to force you to upgrade to the $8.95 plan. Why even have the $4.95 plan with a 1,000 sessions? It is understandable that premium features and priority support would be under higher paid plans but, something as basic as reset the session counter not being available for the basic plan when one is trying out the features is nickel and diming. Bottom of the app dashboard has a link to see the new ver of the app from July 30, 2023 and when you click on it, nada! Just a page announcing the new version but, no new version. If you go to their website, no documentation, just a landing page with two apps listed and when you click on this app, it takes you back to the Shopify app store. Seems like the app is not being further developed. On the dashboard, a column titled "Typing" appears. What does that mean? No pop-up bubble help on what it means. Says the survey feature is appearing soon since July 30, 2023. Overall speed of the store dropped by 6 points since installing the app.
