I can't watch any replays since some weeks ago, I opened converation 2 times with a bot that told me that the DevTeam will get in contact an solve the problem but I am still paying for all the views and not watching them. The cherry on top is that I can only see my own webviews when I have them deactivated (and they also charge me for those). As an additional downside, when the customer changes between pages, it doesn't record them properly and it keeps doing strange things on the first page as if the uer was there scrolling.
