While the UI of the app is clean and easy to use, its riddled with bugs. This means that the ability to filter and view on events often does not work, the session time is not accurate, session recordings are often cut off, and more recently, the recordings are duplicated. While the support team responds to your bug tickets, bugs are rarely resolved and you'll need to chase them to get any update. For a $30 / month app - this is not acceptable.
The app is a great tool to have especially for a new business!
