I just installed it, and it seems ok. EDIT The paid version is too expensive and not worth it. If you cancel, make sure it is close to your billing date, since it gets canceled the moment you request it, and you will lose the remaining of your subscription despite having paid for it.

I used the app to see how my customers react on my website. So far it has helped as I just downloaded the app. Will give a better review once I have used it for awhile.

So far so good, we installed the app and it does what it says. Great marketing and management tool. Would suggest for anyone who is starting a shopify site.

I'm hoping that this app will allow me to gain more insight into our customer's actions. I've read great things and expect great things.

It works but not in real time way. And it can not be refreshed from the same window. Must go back to open again from Shopify platform.

So far very interesting. Looking forward to exploring this app's potential. I wonder why the videos start at random places or is that where the user lands ?

I will post a review when I have had time to use it for a while. In the meantime, what on earth does Quick Onboarding mean?

if there is a log of what customer did that would be better than watching through hundreds of videos

this app is super sweet, but it seems that it hasnt appeared in the app dashboard for my homepage. I need to sort that out before I give an honest review.
