I just installed it, and it seems ok. EDIT The paid version is too expensive and not worth it. If you cancel, make sure it is close to your billing date, since it gets canceled the moment you request it, and you will lose the remaining of your subscription despite having paid for it.

Giving this another shot. Will update my review again. So far, the pricing structure seems a bit confusing (at least on the shopify side, it shows daily charges authorized up to $999). The app and features look promising so far. Will update further in a bit.

It works but not in real time way. And it can not be refreshed from the same window. Must go back to open again from Shopify platform.

We use geolocation based on the IP address. And although it is reliable, it isn't 100% accurate all the time. Reach out via email if you have any other question :)

Replay is a free one-trick pony that provides a few helpful insights. I used a similar app with infinitely more features prior to GDPR. So Replay feels anemic by comparison. Playback is marginally helpful. There is no way to view activity on specific pages or in certain regions with this version. Having thousands of weekly visits, analysis boils down to randomly replying some of the long sessions. Even with idol time suppressed, many of the anonymous recordings show no cursor activity. Sessions reveal that most visitors are looking for a non-existant high-resolution image to download instead of purchasing posters.
