Great app, but sometimes the full sessions are not recorded especially with purchase sessions

Het is een goede app. kijk alleen wel naar je abonnement als je hem installeert. de mijne stond al om de betaalde abonnement en niet op die die gratis is. verder tot nu toe een goede app en je hebt snel contact met het personeel!

Very Good app, highly recommended, but unfortunately i can't track client navigation at the checkout page.

Nice app. Does what it is expected. Post-purchase survey is a nice touch. Still waiting little bit more for the return of the high price. We need to use it now on free plan.

Really useful app! I was amazed by how the recordings are. I suggest you to try it yourself ;) Don't forget after 7 days the plan changes automatically! But super nice app!

I just started using this and so far, so good. I do notice some of the videos recording are much shorter in duration on what it says in the duration & date column of the report.

This app really helps me get an understanding of my customer's journey while on my site. Looking back on the replays there are some actions that dont get played back but all-in-all i'm happy with the app.

Only just started using this app but I'm sure its going to be exactly what I was looking for. Great to see what customers are doing and why they maybe abandon checkouts.

Very useful during Black Friday, we tweaked a few exit points. Only two suggestions 1. the replay is rather small, had to enlarge to 200-250% to see it on laptop and even then couldn't see detail or elements would appear inverted/ upside down, due to being enlarged? 2. Would be useful to have IP address of visitors or a way of detecting screenshot action, one visitor spent 45 minutes dawdling up and down and across the All Products collection page.

This app is so beneficial to analyze customer's research on my website. It will help me know their interest and help me analyze abandoned carts better.

NO FREE FOOD IN FREETOWN GUYS! The app works unbelievably great, the only reason i am giving it a 4 star is that the recording time limit is very short. Soon as your store starts getting a lot of traffic, within 2 days your recording limit will finish and you have to wait for until 1st day of a new month to get another 2-3 days of new recording time. I've emailed the company to sell us a premium subscription plan like everyone else and they say it's free but come on! it's not truly free if i have to wait 28 days to get just 3 days of recording. How about the other 27th days?
