We’ve been testing Repliva for a few weeks and it’s already saving our support team a significant amount of time. What I like most is that it doesn’t just generate generic AI replies. It actually looks at the customer email, Shopify order information, policies, and previous context before preparing a response. The drafts are usually very accurate and only need minor edits before sending. Another thing we appreciate is that nothing is sent automatically. Our team still reviews every reply, which gives us confidence when handling refunds, shipping issues, and more sensitive customer requests. The insights section has also been surprisingly useful for spotting recurring customer concerns that we hadn’t noticed before. It’s still evolving, but compared to other AI support tools we’ve tried, Repliva feels much more focused on how real ecommerce support teams work. Highly recommended for Shopify stores looking to speed up customer support without losing control.
