We’ve been using this app for a long time, and it has too many problems. We kept trying to talk to the support team about these issues, but instead of providing solutions, they just create more problems. Honestly, the support team is amateur. Products are not updating, and in one month, we lost a lot of money because of this app. Prices and products do not update. Friends, buy this app knowingly or pay for it — if you are going to upload 3–5 products to your website, it works, but if you plan to upload more, this app should be your last choice because it does not update. We explain the problem to the company with pictures, videos, etc., but there is no solution. Moreover, the responses we receive are even more ridiculous. I believe many of the reviews are fake. We have created a 34-page file with images and videos about this issue, and we plan to report this app to Shopify because it does not do what it claims. Advice for the company making the app: if you make an app or sell a service, the rule is this — when a customer writes to you about a problem, you should provide a solution. Problems should not be answered with another problem or with a question. This is the golden rule of commerce.

Not working after 5 uploads. Also very slow. Already opened compaint ticket for the same one day before. Please fix this issue.

Products don't sync AT ALL on the premium $20 plan. And customer service takes more than a day to respond. JAMES was unhelpful, just "referred" me to the app developers who would "reach out". It's been a week and NOTHING from them. Time is money ya'll, do better!!!!!!
