I’ve been using the Amazon Reviews by Reputon app for a while and it’s been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store. The setup was incredibly easy—just a few clicks and I was able to import reviews. Shoppers trust Amazon, so displaying real feedback from Amazon buyers has helped increase my conversion rates. The app also lets me customize the look and feel of the review widget, which is a nice touch. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Bonjour, L'application est TOP pour récupérer les avis Amazon sur notre site. J'ai rencontré un problème de synchronisation, et lorsque j'ai contacté le SAV, Helen a corrigé mon problème rapidement. Application a conseiller à 100%

EDIT: James got in touch and rectified the issue. It's working fine now. Great customer service Disappointing experience overall. It was working fine at first. I was okay with some shortcomings, like the reviews not auto-updating, as this app was cheap. Then it stopped working altogether. A week ago, all the widgets started incorrectly reflecting 0 product reviews.I got in touch with support a week ago, but they have not responded with anything proper. I now have a live website with traffic, with no product reviews. I'll have to uninstall this and find a proper alternative. Save yourself the trouble and look for something else.
