The app works fine for displaying eBay reviews on your storefront, but merchants need to be warned: they practice strict data lock-in. If your business grows and you ever decide to migrate to a more advanced review app (like Judge.me, Loox, etc.), Reputon will refuse to provide you with a CSV export of the reviews that are currently synced and displayed on your site. When I reached out to their support team requesting a simple export of my 5,000+ accumulated reviews so I could migrate my data, they flat-out refused to assist. They hide behind the technicality that the reviews originate on eBay, entirely ignoring the fact that they are holding the compiled, Shopify-ready data hostage. Because they refuse to offer a basic data export feature, you are trapped. If you uninstall the app, you lose all the social proof on your product pages. Only use this app if you plan to stay with them forever. If you value data portability, owning your store's social proof, and having the freedom to change apps as your business scales, look elsewhere
Hello, We're sorry to hear the app hasn't met your expectations. However, we'd like to clarify how it actually works, as there's a key misunderstanding here. The eBay Reviews app doesn't store your seller reviews — it fetches them directly from eBay and displays a selection (up to 50) on your storefront. Since we don't keep a database of your seller reviews, there's nothing that could be "locked in": your complete seller review history always remains safely on your eBay account and is fully accessible to you at any time, whether or not our app is installed. We've also reached out to you via email so we can address your concerns personally and do our best to make things right. We'd be more than happy to help, and we look forward to hearing from you.
Stopped working after using for 6 months.

Die Intergration nicht in unserem Shop möglich. 26.04.2024 das App installiert, 09.05.2024 deinstalliert, trotzdem wir die Kosten für ca. 6 Euro bezahlen müssen. Was ist wahrsinn!

Leider werden die Werte für die importierten Verkaufslinks nicht angezeigt, obwohl es mehrere dutzend positiver Bewertungen gibt. Leider. Habe die App wieder gelöscht nach dem ich in den ersten importieren Produkten ständig nur eine 0 stehen obwohl diese bereits mehrfach verkauft wurden
