Edit - Dipen really helped with the support part, hence changing my review to 3 stars at his request and kind consideration in helping out where he could. Waiting to see if I am charged on my next bill. If not charged on next bill as ascertained by Dipen, will change review to 4 stars. Even if app has it's drawbacks, the support outshines and compensates for the minor improvements required. ****************** Fraudulently charged me for three months after uninstalling the app. When I reinstalled the app to remove my profile, it got stuck on loading. Pathetic way to earn money...

Hi Thanks for reaching out and sharing your concern—I completely understand how frustrating unexpected charges can feel. I took a close look at your account and wanted to clarify what happened. All billing for our app is handled entirely by Shopify, so we never have the ability to charge you directly. Our system simply sends Shopify the charge for the plan you selected, and Shopify manages the actual payment process. From the records, your store was closed on April 8 and reopened on August 25. While the store was closed, Shopify did not create or collect any app charges. The charge you’re seeing came through only when the store was reactivated, because Shopify automatically bills for any pending month once a store is reopened. I’ve attached a screenshot of the billing history so you can see the details. If you’d like further confirmation, Shopify Support can also verify this information. I hope this clears things up, and I’m happy to help if you have any more questions.
