Used this for my store. Very bad experience. The system didn't show my logo or branding on emails to customers. Slow reply time via Whatsapp and when allowing their team access to my store to fix the issue, I heard nothing back for 4 weeks. Furthermore, after configuring the emails correctly and setting everything up, I didn't receive notifications when a customer had requested a quote and nearly missed a large customer. Not a good experience.
