I just started using this app for my store and the process has been very smooth by far. The customer support team has been very helpful and prompt with any requests I have had. A special mention to Priyanka who went out of her way to sort out the issues I was facing. She was prompt in following up to ensure that all the topics that needed to be addressed were looked into. I am happy with my experience by far.

We recently subscribed to SB Request a Quote and the app is working great for us. We can add items to this app for a customised quote if we want to add a special price or special shipping. We receive an email alert when a customer has submitted a request for a quote.
There were some initial issues with the demonstration. Priyanka patiently helped me resolve them. Now everything is fine. Recommend .
Just installed the app, service has been great so far assisting with integration and changes I've requested. So far, its great.

The overlay works well and looks great, but we have been running into some issues with receiving email notifications. Fortunately the team is very professional and willing to help us get it straightened out.
