The overlay works well and looks great, but we have been running into some issues with receiving email notifications. Fortunately the team is very professional and willing to help us get it straightened out.

Bonjour, Je fais suite à ma demande de modification de l’intitulé du bouton « Demander un devis ». En seulement 5 minutes, votre assistance a réalisé l’opération exactement conforme à ma demande, suite à un simple échange d’URL accompagné d’une capture d’écran. Je vous en remercie. Je tiens également à préciser que Jay, la personne qui s’est occupée de mon dossier, a ajouté sur ma page un bouton permettant à la fois d’accéder au panier et de disposer d’un lien direct pour le paiement. Excellent, fast response time
The setup process required more configuration than expected, but Setubridge has been great to partner with. Their team has been responsive, flexible, and helpful in refining and optimizing the app over time. They are open to new features and great partners.

Great app! Works as expected. Set up was quick and easy. Best of all we needed assistance getting the quotes emailed to us successfully and their support was awesome. They went well above and beyond to work out the issue. If you need this functionality I highly recommend this app.

Very good experience with their support team, speedy and helpful and right on time Needed help for some css styling and also my recently viewed products were showing prices for all products including rfq Priyanka was very nice and patient, had a good experience with them would recommend

The girl who helped me was super nice and guided me through every step. Unfortunately, since I don't have a company email address yet, I couldn't properly test the email notifications, but otherwise it's the best option for anyone who wants to get started.

Regarding the email notifications, that limitation is likely due to not having a verified business email yet. Once you have access to a company email, you should be able to fully test and validate the notification flow properly.
