From the start, it was an easy install; however, some issues with my theme needed their attention, and Hitesh stood up to the challenge right away. Within 24 hours, all my requests were sorted, along with details on what was done and how, everytime. The level of support has been excellent, and I am sure with this attitude, their business will only get better. I highly recommend them and wish many other app developers would be like this.
