From the start, it was an easy install; however, some issues with my theme needed their attention, and Hitesh stood up to the challenge right away. Within 24 hours, all my requests were sorted, along with details on what was done and how, everytime. The level of support has been excellent, and I am sure with this attitude, their business will only get better. I highly recommend them and wish many other app developers would be like this.

Hitesh was extremely easy to communicate with and provided a Grade A service from start to finish. I logged my query on Friday afternoon, which was to alter the appearance of our quote submission form. I provided an example of how I wanted it to look and before the end of the weekend, Hitesh had connected and understood my requirements perfectly.

From the start Hitesh has been extremely helpful and informative about the "Request a Quote & Hide Prices" app, and has been a pleasure working with him. The product works great out of the box, and we have recently had him customise it so that the you could hide or display either the Quote or the Add to Cart button, or have both displayed at the same time. He was quick to make the changes and it works like a charm.

I rarely write reviews and I'm really glad I found this app. So far, this is the only hide prices app I've found to be able to integrate with other translation apps. The customer support team also helped me with a few customizations. They have a fast email response, keep you updated and they get things done in a timely manner.
