Great post-purchase app, easy to use and very effective. The customer support team is extremely responsive and always quick to help whenever we have a question or issue. The multilingual setup is also very well designed. There’s no need to create a separate funnel for each language, which saves a lot of time when selling internationally. Another great feature for us is the ability to add a required metafield for personalized products, so customers can enter their personalization directly. Highly recommended!
