The app is reasonably priced and the support team is responsive, which are definite positives. However, it still feels quite limited when it comes to flow customization. Features like tags are missing, and the variant filters don’t work as expected, making it cumbersome to target specific products if you have many variants. It has potential, but in its current state it still lags behind some of the more established competitors.
We've been running ReSell for two years now, and it's held up really well the whole time. It's stable — we rarely run into bugs or hiccups, even as our store has grown and changed. The setup was straightforward from the start, and it hasn't required much maintenance since, which we appreciate given how much else we're juggling. Where it really shines is the thank you page and checkout upsell placements. Those spots would otherwise go unused, and ReSell turns them into a steady source of incremental revenue without any added ad spend. The one-click upsell flow is smooth for customers too, so it doesn't feel like a bolted-on gimmick. Overall, it's one of those apps that just does its job reliably in the background. Easy to recommend for any store looking to add post-purchase revenue without extra complexity.

I really love ReSell. It was super easy to set up and the team was helpful when I reached out. What I appreciate most is how upfront they are about pricing, no sneaky greedy fees like ReConvert, which charges way too much. ReSell feels fair. It’s a solid reliable app that helps increase AOV. The support team has been disappointing. I requested a small layout change, but even after 30 days, it has not been properly implemented. Despite multiple follow-ups, they keep saying the task is completed when it is not. The lack of efficiency and communication is frustrating.
