Post Purchase Upsell—ReSell

I’ve been using Resell for a short time so far, and I’ve been very happy with the features and overall performance. The app has been easy to get started with and offers some really useful tools for post-purchase upsells. I also want to mention their customer support. They’ve been very friendly and proactive, reaching out to check if I need any help getting everything set up. That kind of support is always appreciated. So far, a great experience with Resell, and I’m looking forward to using it more!

The language management is really convenient, as you don’t need to recreate the same funnel for every language. We also sell personalized products, and being able to add a required personalization field to the offer is a huge plus for us. Great post-purchase app, easy to use and very effective. The customer support team is extremely responsive and always quick to help whenever we have a question or issue. The multilingual setup is also very well designed. There’s no need to create a separate funnel for each language, which saves a lot of time when selling internationally. Another great feature for us is the ability to add a required metafield for personalized products, so customers can enter their personalization directly. Highly recommended!

On top of that, the support team has been fantastic. The app itself is also very easy to set up and use — no unnecessary complexity, just does what it's supposed to do. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to add post-purchase upsells without a lot of friction or risk.

Awesome app with an excellent support team and a beautifully designed interface. It has significantly increased our AOV and was incredibly easy to set up. If you're running a Shopify store, this is definitely a must-have!

The app is reasonably priced and the support team is responsive, which are definite positives. However, it still feels quite limited when it comes to flow customization. Features like tags are missing, and the variant filters don’t work as expected, making it cumbersome to target specific products if you have many variants. It has potential, but in its current state it still lags behind some of the more established competitors.

The one-click upsell flow is smooth for customers too, so it doesn't feel like a bolted-on gimmick. Overall, it's one of those apps that just does its job reliably in the background. Easy to recommend for any store looking to add post-purchase revenue without extra complexity.
