I really love ReSell. It was super easy to set up and the team was helpful when I reached out. What I appreciate most is how upfront they are about pricing, no sneaky greedy fees like ReConvert, which charges way too much. ReSell feels fair. It’s a solid reliable app that helps increase AOV. The support team has been disappointing. I requested a small layout change, but even after 30 days, it has not been properly implemented. Despite multiple follow-ups, they keep saying the task is completed when it is not. The lack of efficiency and communication is frustrating.

Support is extremely limited in their knowledge of their own app. They will tell you that Stripe payments are not functional with their app - when they are. They blame Shopify limitations that don't actually apply to your store when you read through them. They will tell you that their dysfunctional app is the issue of anyone but the app. For example - I have two of the exact same post-purchase offer - one has a 34% conversion rate and one has a 0% conversion rate. Support's response was that the 0% conversion rate offer just wasn't good enough - without even looking to confirm the offer. Had they looked, they would see that it is the literal exact same offer - copy paste. Out of 4 funnels, only one was actually working. The other 3 had payment error messages and didn't present the correct offers, or didn't present the offer at all. Less than half of my checkouts were even able to see the offer at all. The bottom line here is that this app isn't ready for launch and their support isn't ready for anything.
Let me inform that you we completed the investigation of the case with the Stripe payment issues on the Post-purchase page and you can find a reply from the Shopify team below: "As the Stripe Integration for post-purchase offers isn't *officially* offered, merchant's require specific settings to be enabled internally on our end to ensure compatibility. So while post-purchase offers are offered with Stripe as a payment gateway, it is currently gated as it hasn't been officially rolled out. We can see that you received this review in February - the Stripe integration was only made available as of March 2025, so at the time of writing that review, this merchant was accurate in stating that Stripe was incompatible with post-purchase offers." As you can see the reported issue with Stripe payments on the post-purchase step was not caused by our application. If you have any further questions for our team, we are available for you 24/7.
