The reviews for this Shopify App are mixed, with one user giving it a 1-star rating due to the childish and atrocious interface, as well as the issue of the app not uninstalling properly. On the other hand, two users gave it a 5-star rating, praising the app for being amazing, having great support from the team, being customizable, and working fine. One user suggested the addition of a 'Decline' button to improve the app further.

The interface is childish and rather atrocious. You can work around that a bit. One star rating from me because when you "uninstall" the app, it flat out does NOT uninstall.
