I can confirm that we can only support the barcode label sizes outlined in this resource -https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/sell-in-person/hardware/barcode-printer/retail-barcode-labels#recommended-print-settings-for-barcode-labels - and we do not have a 1.5" x 1" label option. I have submitted this feedback to our development team and thanks for bringing it to our attention! There are some third party apps available in the App Store which may offer this option.
