We recently completed a multi-brand implementation covering over 100,000 SKUs using Retail Cloud Connect by Nimstrata, and the results have been outstanding. The installation and implementation were seamless — everything worked exactly as described, and the support team was highly responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Post-implementation support has continued to be excellent, with Nimstrata providing proactive assistance whenever needed. Since going live, we’ve seen a huge improvement in our customer experience. Our conversion rates have increased, site usability has drastically improved, and our search and recommendation capabilities are far more accurate and relevant. The cloud implementation through Google Cloud Vertex AI Search for Commerce has been smooth and reliable, and the AI models now power intelligent, highly personalized product suggestions across our storefront. It’s a massive improvement over Boost AI, delivering significantly better results at a comparable cost. This has been one of the best technology investments we’ve made — a genuine game-changer for product discovery and customer experience.
