More personable experience compared to other services. A real person will reach out about your order. The photo came out nice. Still, quite an expensive for small business owners but great for the pictures that may be more difficult to edit on your own.

This was JUST what my store site needed. Had problems with some of my images which Emyle on their support team worked ever so patiently with me! This isn't an area I'm very 'savvy' with--so a lot of the process was a learning curve for me, but they were with me to sort everything out! Now my site has a nice pro look to it-and for such a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

You will wait way more then 24 hours. They will edit the saturation when you beg them not too. I email them and message all the time and hours and hours go by before i get an answer.

As your order was delayed for clarification we have refunded credits to your account and processed the order free of charge. In regards to the color changes - we have not changed the colors on your images. When the background is removed from images, the product can look as if the color has changed because it is now sitting on a white background. We have reached out via email, so please feel free reply so we can rectify the situation for you.

I like the app and the photos come back decent but they are never done in 24 hours. Even if I only submit 6 or 8 it takes a couple days.

All images are processed within 24 hours unless we require new photos (due to images being too small) or require more information. In your case previously, I believe your photos have been blurry and it is important to us that they look perfect for your website and meet your requirements so we have reached out for this reason.
