The RIQ team have been nothing short of amazing to be honest. I have always kept control of our email marketing in house, and was really wondering if this was going to be the move for our 16 year old brand as performance had been strong using Omnisend. I need not have worried. Vijeta, Tarun and the entire team have been truly a pleasure to work with. The team also transitioned us over to Klaviyo which was going to be a chore to manage and yet needs trust and security. They made it a breeze. Let's face it as entrepreneurs we like to do things our way and sometimes time is not spent effectively. Newsletter creation and design is a case in point. RIQ are easy to work with, and produce quality results over and over. They are also more organized than I am (sorry guys!) and after getting to know our style and "voice" I only have to supply minimal input. Results have been strong and I wholeheartedly say give this team a try. First class customer service and responsiveness, combined with trust performance and also lovely people to work with. 5 Stars.

We’ve been using RetainIQ for designing campaigns and running dynamic ads that integrate with Shopify. As a graphic designer, I can say that it’s been a game-changer. The platform is super easy to use and the team always improves features based on real feedback. From day one, their support has been solid, making onboarding and troubleshooting a breeze. If you’re looking for a tool that makes design + marketing smoother, this one’s definitely worth it.

Working with RetainIQ has been a blessing - They are an extremely well organized and proactive team, and really took the time to build out and refine my Klaviyo account with minimal oversight. The pricing is respectable too compared to the level of service.
