The RIQ team have been nothing short of amazing to be honest. I have always kept control of our email marketing in house, and was really wondering if this was going to be the move for our 16 year old brand as performance had been strong using Omnisend. I need not have worried. Vijeta, Tarun and the entire team have been truly a pleasure to work with. The team also transitioned us over to Klaviyo which was going to be a chore to manage and yet needs trust and security. They made it a breeze. Let's face it as entrepreneurs we like to do things our way and sometimes time is not spent effectively. Newsletter creation and design is a case in point. RIQ are easy to work with, and produce quality results over and over. They are also more organized than I am (sorry guys!) and after getting to know our style and "voice" I only have to supply minimal input. Results have been strong and I wholeheartedly say give this team a try. First class customer service and responsiveness, combined with trust performance and also lovely people to work with. 5 Stars.

This app integrates with the Yotpo loyalty program. RetainIQ is a great way to include each customer's Loyalty reward status in our marketing emails.

It's fantastic working with the RetainIQ team - the entire team is extremely quick to respond. Been using this app for about 90 days now and it has really performed well and taking our email flows and campaigns to the next level by enabling highly personalized content blocks in our marketing emails. Their support is also great. They helped up set everything up and continue to monitor the performance and make recommendations to increase conversion.
