Returnbo has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It's incredibly easy to set up, and most of the necessary settings to handle returns are already included. The standout feature for us has been the seamless integration with our PostNord account, allowing us to generate QR codes for our customers' returns—super convenient! While Returnbo works very well for our current needs, there’s room for improvement, particularly with more advanced settings and better data analysis for return trends. Despite these areas for growth, it's been a reliable tool for us, and we plan to continue using it. Their support team is responsive and helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for a straightforward return management solution.
