Returbo is a highly userfriendly app with a great support team that is always easy to get in contact with. Because of our warehouse system, we stumbled upon some difficulties regarding implementation (not Returbo's fault), but thanks to Returbo's great efforts, the problems were solved quickly. The app itself is seamless and easy to work with. Great interface, and makes handling returns and exchanges ten times easier. The Shopify integration is 10/10.

This app really helped us to smooth the return process. It takes a while to onboard since, in our case, the third party was involved (shipping company). However, since we've started using Returbo, we got much more control over our return flow, and we spend less time processing returns, which is vital for a small team like us.

Returnbo has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It's incredibly easy to set up, and most of the necessary settings to handle returns are already included. The standout feature for us has been the seamless integration with our PostNord account, allowing us to generate QR codes for our customers' returns—super convenient! While Returnbo works very well for our current needs, there’s room for improvement, particularly with more advanced settings and better data analysis for return trends. Despite these areas for growth, it's been a reliable tool for us, and we plan to continue using it. Their support team is responsive and helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for a straightforward return management solution.
