I installed the app and started chatting with customer service via chat. they noticed I had just signed up and reviewed my dashboard. Claire did a deep dive to make sure all items on a new account were set up and was extremely attentive and responsive when I asked many questions to make sure I understood the app. She was really helpful honestly and explained things succintly.
