I had high hopes because Return Prime promises a lot, and it priced well (although you need the most expensive plan to enable the features I wanted). This app is not developed to work well with the U.S. Postal Service, especially if you need to automate with tracking of returns. Other than USPS itself, none of the logistics carriers enabled can link to USPS tracking. Getting Return Priem to connect to my USPS business account (that I had to create) took days of communication back and forth with USPS. At this point, I feel like I am a beta tester for Return Prime. On the plus side, the customer service is very helpful. On the downside, you'll be talking to them almost every day. The app will work briefly, and then start having errors again. Either it can't generate labels, it can't collect payment from customers for exchanges or tracking of returns stops working. Based on the other reviews, it seems to work well for some people, but it was almost unusable for me with USPS.
