Support for the app is very poor. It takes ages to get the team to revert and tickets created are treated with low priority. We have a feature wherein people can request for a return if a product is damaged. However, the app doesnt allow people to upload the image (despite it being a mandatory field in the app itself). We have been trying to get them to debug this without any luck.
