I find the app useful, with many good features like Exchange for any product in the store, various refund options for my customers, incl. bank transfer which is absolutely needed for the markets my store operates. The back-end works smooth and my overall experience with Return Prime is positive. The team behind the app is very responsive and open for new features and improvements.
