We have been using Return Bear for just over a year - and it has been wonderful. Anytime there has been an issue or problem, be it from our end, or our customers - RB is so quick to resolve it. Their communication is quick & clear. The team is very knowledgeable & friendly. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Return Bear !! Highly recommend them.
The ReturnBear team has been amazing from our first walkthrough of their offering, to getting our return portal set up and for returns processed since then. The software is easy to use and offers great automations to help streamline our process and make things easy for any clients needing a return or exchange. Any hiccups (rare!) are quickly responded to and addressed in a timely fashion. Having many drop off locations available as an option vs postal returns has been fabulous. Consolidation and return of returned items is fast and well organized. Cannot say enough great things about ReturnBear!
Really impressed with the software, physical presence, and team behind ReturnBear. They really fill a gap within the ecommerce world for reverse logistics, and it's not at a cost; we've actually been able to save on our returns process by switching over, as their ability to receive and redistribute product efficiently has been a huge benefit for our 3PL and overall returns processing. I was ReturnBears first customer as they were building out the platform and I couldn't be happier with the process and level of service I have received along the way. Its been exciting to see how they have grown and evolved over the years and are always prioritizing how to best serve their stores. Highly recommend!
If you want to simplify your returns process and make your customers happy, then this is the app for you. Once the app is set up, you can essentially forget all about your returns, they handle almost every aspect of the process. I cannot recommend this app enough!
