For customers, buying shoes is tough and having an easy/painless return process is an advantage when it comes to overcoming objections and hesitations before the purchase. The fact that customers can drop off their returns at a nearby location and get their refund almost instantly has been a great boost to get first timers to the brand. As a brand without our own physical stores, this allows us to be more competitive in the market vs the retail channel. Over Q4, we saw over half of our returns go through the drop off location! This saved us $$ as well since we were able to consolidate returns through ReturnBear vs having individual packages come back to our warehouse (Shipping in Canada is a big expense line for eCommerce). The team at ReturnBear have been fantastic partners, they're quick to respond and always improving their platform. Highly recommend.
