Best returns app on Shopify — hands down We just started using Returndotai and honestly impressed with how polished it is. The AI features actually work — it auto-handles return requests smartly, categorizes reasons, and saves us hours every week.

The custom policy feature is amazing - we set up different rules for different product categories and the AI just follows them. No more manually checking each return. Love it

Really happy with this. Honestly didn't expect much from a returns app but this one surprised me. Setup took like 5 minutes, the portal looks clean, and I've already had a few customers use it without any confusion. The AI stuff actually works which is nice. Good price too.
