We're happy with Returnly because it: 1. Gives us instant insight into our returns flow (active in transit, received) 2. Detailed analytics into returned SKUs 3. Ability to run exchanges for products via Instant Credit (a major Shopify limitation currently) 4. It has implemented stricter returns control procedures 5. Domestic returns shipping is costing less than we anticipated 6. Finally, the service experience has been excellent Highly recommend
