Before having Returnly we were doing a lot of manual steps to help our customers return products. Now, not only has Returnly made the whole process easier through the returns center but also helped improve our customer service as the entire platform helps to benefit every part of an ecomm business. It has not yet been a year of us using the platform but so far we are extremely pleased!
