Great app. Developer was very helpful in sorting out some template/display issues initially. Returned items used to sit on my desk for a month or more before getting around to listing on ebay or elsewhere. Now, I can get them listed on our own website in just minutes. Haven't tried the "drip" feature, but our fixed-discount approach to pricing open-box items has worked just fine with the app.

For its purpose it simply works and the customer service is excellent.

Great app. Makes it really easy to post and sell our open box returns, even our demos/samples, basically anything that can't be sold as brand new. Now it's just part of the work flow on accepting returns. Great support too. Highly recommended.

This App is amazing and just what I needed! It works very well and it's easy to change things up. We got 16 sales in the first week, so it's a great way to sell your returned items. The dev team behind is also great. They answered my questions very fast and even helped with some code. Thanks Brad and Team!

To note, PenTips did a great job customizing the widget appearance to their brand and it came out beautiful and blends right in, while also stands out enough to bring attention to the offer. They post clear images of the returns for sale, and that makes a big difference, people want to see exactly what they are getting when buying a discounted return. We are happy and proud to be a solution for PenTips to sell off returns that can't be sold as new, in any condition.

Great app for quickly and easily turning returns into cash. Brad (the developer) was very helpful in brainstorming how to best use the app in coordination with other software in our stack (in this case, a custom inventory management system) If you find your returns piling up, give this a shot!

We had been letting returns pile up because we didn't have a good solution to sell them. This app did exactly that. 23 Sales ($1600) in less than a week. DRIP works great and is really everything you need to effectively and quickly list and sell returns, scratch & dent, clearance, etc. Brad was super helpful in getting everything set up and offering best practices advice. Highly recommend this app!

Thanks so much for the review. It generally works within days, but 2 hours was amazing to see! It's always rewarding to see it help people with returns, or in your case 'demos', that are in the corner tying up cash and not getting to use.

The app itself is exactly what I was looking for. With the premium functions i was able to integrate it in my store without any hassle. Even if I needed something, Brad was immediately there and as I'm typing this we're working to improve the app just how we need it. 5/5 would absolutely recommend to any seller looking to improve the return process or sell second-hand items.

We are just ramping up using this app, but the experience has been great so far. In fact when we were testing this feature on our site we had the problem of the items we were listing were selling more quickly than we anticipated. Also we had some suggestions for changes while we were testing and they actually were able to take many of our suggestions and roll them out in days or weeks. I never had a company be so responsive for a new & free customer. We anticipate this new feature will allow us to recoup $10K+ a year in revenue from items we were not able to sell before. Highly recommend.

I use this app to sell clearance items as well as to sell any returns. The app works great and the level of customer service is one best out there. The customer service is efficient and with quick follow through. The app is very user friendly. I highly recommend this app!

I'm so glad I found this app. We have a ton of returns that are in A-condition. They are piling up, and I just didn't have the energy to create listings. Shopify doesn't have a feature to sell in conditions other than new. This app quickly created identical SKU with my settings. App support is amazing, personal, and dedicated to do whatever it takes to get things going. I needed a decent bit of theme modification and they had me up and running within the day. Since installing it a few days ago, I've already received numerous orders for our returns/open box items... this is MONEY IN THE BANK and well worth the fee. 5-Stars.
