Our experience with Return Zap has been wonderful so far! Not only has the app itself been huge in improving our Customer Experience flow it has also allowed us to record and analyze what is happening with our returns. Before we were doing everything manually and with an excel file, so this app is a huge game changer! We are excited to have it!
