Great app with great features and anything I did have trouble setting up or confusion on, they replied extremely fast and were super helpful in fixing things for me and helping me get everything set up. Shopify apps can be difficult to work with but this one is a good one!!

I have nothing but great things to say about ReturnZap so far! It's nearly impossible to find a good returns app these days, let alone one that works well with Shopify. This app allows our customers to purchase return labels directly through the portal, and also offers seamless exchange options. Fantastic App with Stellar Support! ReturnZap has transformed the way we do our returns and we have saved a lot of money in not having to employ someone to process returns. It is really easy to use, takes all the hassle out of returns and is very flexible eg exchanges. The more you use it, the more you see how carefully it has been thought out. One small example is the way it saves stock if there is an exchange - previously, people would ask for an exchange and by the time, the original product arrived back, it would have sold out. Very highly recommended!

We just moved over to Returnzap Returns & Exchanges from Aftership Returns. Aftership cost was getting silly and plans and features were not suitable for a small to medium sized store. We were looking to implement an Exchange program (instead of just returns), including exchange for other variants across store. Returnzap has all the functionality and at a far more reasonable cost. Of equal importance David provided service and help configuring that was above and beyond. A pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Returnzap for your advanced exchanges, it has everything you need.

David and his team have been incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way. While we ultimately chose a different solution due to how our store credits works (a limitation with Shopify and the same issue with other return apps, so not a ReturnZap problem). Their customer service was outstanding. They were always accommodating, quick to address any issues, and eager to assist. The product is probably the best for return integration with Shopify, and luckily David (co-founder) was kind enough to work with us to satisfy our needs with this application. Because of that, and the up front honesty from David regarding their ability with ReturnZap, I would highly suggest you give it a trial as it has much more than the other applications offer.
