We just moved over to Returnzap Returns & Exchanges from Aftership Returns. Aftership cost was getting silly and plans and features were not suitable for a small to medium sized store. We were looking to implement an Exchange program (instead of just returns), including exchange for other variants across store. Returnzap has all the functionality and at a far more reasonable cost. Of equal importance David provided service and help configuring that was above and beyond. A pleasure to work with.
