It has been just a month since we installed the App, and we have already experienced a huge decrease of our "where is my money?" and "did you receive my return?" tickets. Hence, our team can focus on higher value tasks. Furthermore, we see that our re-purchase ratio is increasing, thanks to clients having their money back in 6 seconds.
