Getting good reviews had been a huge issue for my store. That is, until I started using ReviewsPro. I was constantly running in circles trying to get my client reviews displayed right. Also, importing my store's reviews from Amazon and Aliexpress was a pain before. ReviewsPro was just what I needed. It fit my store's mood perfectly, set up was super quick and simple, and the customization options made my world. I love its clean and intuitive dashboard. My customers are also now posting photos and videos with their detailed feedback, and ReviewsPro makes bringing all their reviews together so much easier. The only downside is there's a bit of a learning curve on how to use it. But honestly, once you get the hang of the app, you won't be complaining. It's great for building your brand's reputation, boosts conversions, and a no-nonsense app for any entrepreneur that wants serious sales roll via others' feedback. Get it now so that you don't regret it. I highly recommend it.

We switched to ReviewsPro after outgrowing a basic reviews tool, and the difference is clear. The carousel on our homepage, star badges on collection pages, and the full review section on product pages make social proof hard to miss. Collecting UGC is simple, and customers seem to love how fast they can leave a review from the reminder email. The dashboard gives a helpful snapshot (submissions, publish rate, recent comments) so we can jump in and respond quickly. Customizing the widget layout took a bit of trial and error at first, but once we learned where everything lives, it’s been set-and-forget.

We installed AI Reviews during a theme refresh and it’s been one of the smoothest app setups we’ve done. The widgets look modern out of the box and were easy to tweak to match our fonts and colors. Importing our past reviews via CSV took minutes, and the photo/video review option has been a hit with customers. The in-email review form and gentle reminders noticeably increased the number of reviews we get each week. Moderation tools are straightforward, and I like being able to auto-publish reviews that meet certain rules while holding others for a quick glance. Support replied quickly (and with screenshots) when we had a display question.
