We switched to ReviewsPro after outgrowing a basic reviews tool, and the difference is clear. Collecting UGC is simple, and customers seem to love how fast they can leave a review from the reminder email. The dashboard gives a helpful snapshot (submissions, publish rate, recent comments) so we can jump in and respond quickly. Customizing the widget layout took a bit of trial and error at first, but once we learned where everything lives, it’s been set-and-forget.
