This works so well! Customers can actually fix their own mistakes now instead of emailing me 50 times. Just had someone change their address, add 2 items, and swap a variant - all without me lifting a finger. Setup was stupid easy too. 10/10 honestly!

Revize went out of their way to edit their platform to do something they hadn't done before- allow edits to orders already placed. We were struggling with thousands of preorders that needed address updates, and making them manually was taking hours of staff time that could have been better spent. The Revize team helped us filter and tag the appropriate orders, and then create an email flow to reach out to everyone- including people with multiple orders, a new use case for them again. We are extremely happy that we have put control for these edits in the hands of our customers. We have saved time, prevented errors, and reduced stress. Simply the best app I've used so far on the Shopify App Store. The service is tailor-made, ultra-responsive at all hours and in all time zones. They do their utmost to add custom features. The app has changed my customer service experience with invoice generation (tailored to the brand identity on request) and also because people can do absolutely everything. Setting up the app is a breeze. The UX and branding are excellent and really make you want to trust them and have them as a partner forever, as the app is so useful for all e-merchants. I also see better upsell results with this app than with a post-purchase app or upsells at checkout. You can ask them for absolutely anything, and they'll get it set up as quickly as possible. This app is excellent! It is really easy to set up, has clean UI, and runs smoothly on our store. What we love most is how it benefits both merchants and customers by allowing order details to be updated even after purchase. This has significantly reduced our support inquiries. 10/10 onboarding experience. I tried lots of apps, always a headache, something never works as you like. This one actually not. I was surprised. The translations (We have 10 languages) were auto-added and after a quality check actually pretty good too. Already in first 24 hours 10 orders editted so pretty nice. (Shubham helped me)
