Revize: Order Editing & Upsell

Revize has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It gives customers the flexibility to update their orders after checkout, which has significantly reduced support requests for address changes and product edits. The setup was straightforward, the interface is clean, and everything works reliably. We also appreciate the customization options and how seamlessly it integrates into the customer experience. The support team has been responsive whenever we've had questions. Overall, it's a well-built app that saves our team time while improving the post-purchase experience for our customers. They were incredibly responsive, quick to investigate and fix bugs we reported, and always available to jump on calls when needed. On top of that, they were open to feedback and even agreed to implement a few feature requests that were important for our workflow. You can tell they really care about their merchants’ success. This app covers every possible base for Post Sale customer experience! It ticks every box, does it with style and clarity, is built for Shopify, works absolutely as the customer expects and reduces massively the burden on your support team. It's extremely well priced. All of the above is enough to earn a five star review, but then you meet the support team! These guys are responsive, available and simply amazing!
