Shreya has been amazing to work on implementation with. We have a complicated inventory system that we have to work with to have these changes flow through, so while the set up has not been simple at all, we feel comfortable every step of the way because she is so supportive and helpful. We are excited to see what Revize can do for our customers!

Loving Revize so far. Works great for customers who realize they put in wrong address or want to change their order - or add something. Definitely a time saver for staff and even providing for some additional sales. And support has been amazing.

Amazing work, team! This is a great app for post-order editing, and has really helped our store in reducing cancellations and post-order chaos. Appreciate the fact that its extremely easy to install and get to work with.. Kudos, guys!

AMAZING!!! Best part is the support team is so responsive and really does everything they can to accomodate each stores needs . They went above and beyond helping me set up some unique features ndmaking sure it operates smoothly with my other apps They even followed up and made sure we had no issues. it can b so frustrating navigating apps on shopfy but revize is different! a breath of fresh air and gives you back those sleepnless stressful nights thank u!

Revize has been a brilliant addition to our Shopify stack at Knya. Being in the D2C space for medical apparel, we often receive size or address change requests right after customers place their orders. With Revize, our customers now have the flexibility to make those changes themselves — no more back-and-forth emails or delays. The impact has been immediate: fewer support tickets, smoother operations, and most importantly, a better experience for our customers. The upsell feature during edits is smartly executed and has even helped increase our AOV. Special shoutout to the Revize support team — they’ve been extremely responsive and hands-on throughout the setup and onboarding. Highly recommend this product to any D2C brand looking to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational load.

Super duper support! This app has the best support. Period. I reached out to them to enable shipping address edit updates for the customer and within 2 minutes they enabled it, authenticated my domain so that the emails are sent via my company's email address + they even solved a bug for me, that wasn't even related to their app. For a fashion store, wrong size orders remain inevitable. I'm sure Revize would put a pause on that, or reduce the amount of tickets we receive related to that. Exceptional team, super good looking product - I'm hell impressed. This works so well! Customers can actually fix their own mistakes now instead of emailing me 50 times. Just had someone change their address, add 2 items, and swap a variant - all without me lifting a finger. Setup was stupid easy too. 10/10 honestly!

Revize went out of their way to edit their platform to do something they hadn't done before- allow edits to orders already placed. We were struggling with thousands of preorders that needed address updates, and making them manually was taking hours of staff time that could have been better spent. The Revize team helped us filter and tag the appropriate orders, and then create an email flow to reach out to everyone- including people with multiple orders, a new use case for them again. We are extremely happy that we have put control for these edits in the hands of our customers. We have saved time, prevented errors, and reduced stress. Incredible app, very easy to use (5-minute setup) with VERY USEFUL features. Shubham's support is incredibly helpful; I requested an app customization and they did it in 24 hours. That says it all.
