Really useful app, and the support team is the best

The Revize team has been great to work with. We have liked what we have seen from the app so far and the team supporting it has been excellent.

The app works as stated. The couple times I've needed help, their chat support answered almost immedately and either took over and made the edits or explained it very clearly. If you need an upsell app, this is a solid one!

We've been using Revize for almost a year and half and have found it easy to use and it made things easier for both our customers and our support. Any challenges or app functionality requests have been helpfully supported by Shubham and the team.

Shubham is very attentive; five stars for him as he's the only reason we're still working with this tool. The app is a little rough around the edges for the admin and the customer, but they are working hard to tune things up and I have no doubt we'll be able to give a full five stars on the app soon enough too.

Really FAST communication every time I had a question. Personal help with everything to set me up and even after I was set up! SO easy to use and my customers can now do the editing work instead of ME! yay!

We use Revize on our headless store (Hydrogen) and the integration was effortless: a few blocks to add on the order status page and the thank you page, and it was live. The results speak for themselves. In about 20 days, 230 orders were edited by our customers in under a minute, generating over €1,000 in additional revenue and an estimated ROI of more than €3,300. Customer service requests related to wrong sizes, wrong variants or cancellations have almost disappeared. And the support really makes the difference. Shubham responds quickly, adapts the app to our needs and found an immediate solution when we ran into an issue. I recommend it without hesitation.

We’ve had a great experience with Revize, especially thanks to Shreya’s support throughout the whole process. Our main challenge was finding a way to offer our customers a longer order editing window without creating any risk for our stock, particularly for limited and low-stock releases. After testing and discussing different options with Shreya, we were finally able to set up a 15-minute editing window while keeping our inventory fully protected, which was exactly what we were looking for. Since implementing the 15-minute window, our customers have been using the editing functionality more frequently, which has been a great sign that the solution is genuinely useful for them. We have now even moved beyond the free plan because we exceeded its usage limit, but this has been a positive development for us as it means the app is actually being used by our customers. A special mention to Shreya, whose support throughout the whole process has been incredible. She was always available, patient and extremely helpful, taking the time to understand our specific concerns and helping us test and find the best solution for our particular setup. Her support made a real difference. We’re very happy with Revize and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify stores looking to give customers more flexibility after placing an order.

We’ve had such a great experience with Revize! The app was incredibly easy to set up and integrate into our website and everything has run smoothly from the start. It’s made the post-purchase experience so much easier for both our customers and our customer service team, giving customers the flexibility to make changes or add extra items to their order without needing to contact us. The Revize team has also been amazing to work with! Super helpful, responsive and always happy to assist whenever we have a question or want to make an adjustment. Overall, it’s been a really seamless experience and we’d definitely recommend Revize to other brands looking to make order editing easier for their customers!
