We’ve had a great experience working with for post-purchase order editing on Shopify. What truly stands out, though, is the support and communication from the team — especially Shubham and Shreya. They were incredibly responsive, quick to investigate and fix bugs we reported, and always available to jump on calls when needed. On top of that, they were open to feedback and even agreed to implement a few feature requests that were important for our workflow. You can tell they really care about their merchants’ success. Highly recommend working with Revize if you want a reliable order editing solution backed by an excellent team.

This app covers every possible base for Post Sale customer experience! It ticks every box, does it with style and clarity, is built for Shopify, works absolutely as the customer expects and reduces massively the burden on your support team. It's extremely well priced. All of the above is enough to earn a five star review, but then you meet the support team! These guys are responsive, available and simply amazing! More an extension of your own team than a solution provider - these guys (shout out to Shubham!) go the extra mile, every time and treat you like family! We are very happy with the collaboration with the Revize team. Before we wanted to use the app, steps had to be taken regarding a security review. That was no problem at all. We get super fast answers to every question, and the team is eager to think along with us.

Shreya has been amazing to work on implementation with. We have a complicated inventory system that we have to work with to have these changes flow through, so while the set up has not been simple at all, we feel comfortable every step of the way because she is so supportive and helpful. We are excited to see what Revize can do for our customers!

One of the best apps out there on Shoppify for order edits. Our experience has been pretty smooth & seemless. Works every single time. Highly recommend this!

Great app, easy to setup and use and it does what it says it does with no issues.

Loving Revize so far. Works great for customers who realize they put in wrong address or want to change their order - or add something. Definitely a time saver for staff and even providing for some additional sales. And support has been amazing.
