It seems that I am the first one who thinks that this app is not worth the time and money. I can't get in touch with support and the app does nothing in bulk mode - tried it more than 10 times yet. Tokens calculations seem weird too, since from 500 went up to 503, then started to go down (the first was not expected)...I hope this will be rectified at some point but unfortunately, I was charged before I could confirm that app is not working which means I will have to spend precious time for claiming the costs...It is your choice at the end-- I just shared my own experience.Full stop.

Update: the support has been fantastic. They’re working with me and even developing custom solutions to help with my massive product catalog. We were able to successfully update all 10,000 products, and the descriptions are perfect. They’re also releasing a new feature that will automatically update descriptions for new products that get entered into the catalog. Original Review: The descriptions generated are amazing, but when I generate for all products on my store (just under 10,000), the app glitches and spins in an infinite loop. The unfortunate part is when this happens, it still spend all my tokens. I’ve contacted support so maybe this is a problem on my end. I’ll update the review once the problem is fixed.

I'm blown away by this app! It can write product descriptions from scratch, and they are always so well-written and persuasive. If you want to boost your online sales, you need this app.

I've tried other apps for product descriptions, but this one is the only one that lets you change many descriptions at once. It's a huge time-saver, and the descriptions it creates are fantastic.
