So Far So Good. I love that the app is affordable and the team responds promptly.

The customer support that responded in chat was good. I did wait a few days to get the techs to review the issue I had with the pre-order campaign that I was running in our store. But overall, it was resolved in a timely manner. The rep that responded in chat was helpful and did her best to make sure my concern was fixed.
