I downloaded this app today and ran into some issues so reached out to support. Emma replied back quickly and was fantastic in getting the issues sorted (like the button alignment that was from my theme not fully aligning with the app button), she just did a coding workaround based on what I had, and it worked! Now it looks good! Excellent customer service, and the app is easy to use (I tested it out live). The simple but clear user interface is also very helpful. Highly recommended!
