Lightning fast support, love it!
Easy installation process and great customer support

App functiona are gooed help is good but the big problem with the PREORDER app is when u use the PREORDER Function with shopify payments then all local payments are blocked be aware of this i did not now and it cost me a lot of sales because people can not pay with their local payment options
Update: REZ now has a new preorder flow that works with all local payment methods, so preorder no longer blocks local payments. If you'd like to try it, feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to help set it up.
Excellent, works flawlessly, setup very easy, and support 10/10 and extremely available and quick. Everything free as described. Would definitely recommend, in 10 minutes i setup everything.

Enjoying this app so far - the only downside is it seems to interfere with another app that I have had for the last couple of years.
Hi team, thank you for your feedback and for trying REZ. I tested REZ alongside the app you mentioned, and they appear to work normally together, so it doesn’t seem like REZ is directly causing the issue. Since the product options are managed by the 3rd party app, could you reach out to their support team to help investigate further? On our side, I’m still happy to check anything related to REZ if needed.

Excellent app and helpful customer service
This is such an easy to setup App, but more importantly the support during the initial setup was 1st class. Emma quickly responded via chat to my request to make a minor change to the font weight and button size, the position was already in the right place. A couple of helpful screen shots to guide me into the right place in the Theme Editor and some copy and paste of CSS and the job was done. Thank you Emma for your support and a great App from REZ.
