Used to be free, then they got greedy. All currently free users will now have to pay if they exceed the new usage thresholds instead of being grandfathered in. The app works, but if you're looking for cost-effective options, look elsewhere. I do not trust an app that randomly converts to paid subscriptions not to keep raising prices on people.

We'd like to provide some context: - We still offer a free plan, and based on your current usage over the year, you don't need to upgrade to use the app - We covered all email delivery costs ourselves for the past 2 years. Sending emails has real ongoing costs, so we introduced fair usage limits to keep the app sustainable. - We have no intention of continually increasing prices. Our goal is to build a reliable app that merchants can depend on for the long term.
Works smoothly, super responsive customer support. Direct line to them and branding removal even on the free plan. Incredible

Just installed it, can't say anything yet about if it will work great. But something that was great already was the support by Emma. Installation was very easy, price is also very good. For now, I highly recommend.
