I've been using this app for quite some time now. It is easy to set up and use and the support is exceptional. It's also affordable. New features are regularly added and the developers really listen to what their customers are looking for in a shipping app
4 years usage and we only had to contact support only 3 times - for issues we created !! Chang and the team are true ACES. Chat support resolved all issues within the day. Usage is super simple, integration even more so. The amount of times we've referred RiceMill to others, and that now use them too - endless. Thank you for creating and continuing to improve this awesome App !!
I don't remember the last time a business provided such effective and fast support. An issue was raised preventing fulfilment. Within 24 hours it was identified and a fix implemented. Perfect!
